Default What if skill changes for Mesmer dreaming maybe

What If you could steal the skill from the caster who casted it….. Examples If your targets a warrior and he has ROF on him and I strip it with one of the below skills the original caster would have the spell disabled for the duration I have it? Overpowered your thoughts…

Some example of skills

[skill]Revealed Enchantment[/skill]

[skill]Inspired Enchantment[/skill]

Or

If I could take a hex casted on a teammate example Spiteful Spirit and the original caster has it disabled for the time I have it. (Over powered?)

[skill]Inspired Hex[/skill]

[skill]Revealed Hex[/skill]

What if [skill]illusionary weaponry[/skill] was able to cast on party members to over powered (maybe some fine toning on this but since you do not actually hit the target there is no other skill that could be stacked)

What if [skill]Lyssa's Aura[/skill] could be cast on other party members but you gain the benefit?

What if [skill]tease[/skill] could be cast on party members and the next target they hit triggers it. Cancelling it will only occur if target foe hits the caster ?

What if all the mantras where changed to enchantments that could be cast on party members?

What if [skill]channeling[/skill] could be casted on party members?

Oh yes major tweaking would be required but what if this happened and skills like these could be used in PVE

I think it would make Mesmers more confusing to nubs.

Paraphrasing Izzy at official wiki: "target ally isn't something mesmers should be doing," however they do have a couple good skills (HEV etc.) that incidentally do target allies. Skill change wise, it's probably too much to ask to make unplayable skills playable; no amount of buffing will ever make the elemental Mantras anything other than niche. Time and man-hours should be spent on making good skills better, and great skills awesome, not adding twenty damage to Wastrel's Worry.
